Module Outline

 

This module is designed to provide an overview of the issues associated with the development and implementation of e-business strategies for the organizations in all sectors of the economy. The module will provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to align e-business activities with a view to business efficiency and competitive advantage, and addresses a wide range of relevant issues including; Supply Chain Management, E-procurement, E-marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and e-Business Project and Change Management.
