Module Outline

Strategic management is a corner-stone for business major. The goal of this course is enable students to learn the fundamentals of how to manage organizations strategically. Strategic management of organizations is a complex undertaking which starts with the central question: why are some firms more profitable and more successful than others? This course will enable students to examine this question by applying new strategic management concepts, principles, frameworks and methodologies.
